Privacy

Private by default. Every trip you add is visible only to you until you create a sharing rule. Team managers see only what each member chooses to share, and can never override that.

Email you forward. Messages sent to trips@inntransit.app are stored so we can parse them into itinerary items and so you can review what was found. Raw messages are deleted after 90 days. We send the message text to Anthropic's Claude API to extract the booking details; it is not used to train models.

Connected inboxes. If you connect Gmail or Outlook, we read only messages that match travel-provider senders and booking keywords. We never store non-travel email. Disconnecting revokes our access immediately and deletes the connection.

Flight data comes from FlightAware. We send them only flight numbers and dates.

Payments are handled by Stripe. We store only Stripe's customer and subscription identifiers, never card numbers.

Your data is yours. Export it any time from Settings, and deleting your account deletes your trips, segments, documents and connections.
